In stock items are typically shipped within one business day if your order is
received by noon Eastern Standard Time. Standard delivery is five to
seven business days. Expedited delivery is available for most items.
Certain items are excluded from expedited delivery due to size or

continental US. Customers are responsible for international duties and
All of our orders are usually shipped via FedEx or UPS, except
for clothing design items and notecards which are shipped via
the U.S. Postal Service.
All of our shipments are shipped insured, so that if you have any items
which need to be returned because of handling during shipment, just
contact our customer service department. We will take care of filing
the necessary claim and ship out a replacement item for you right away.
Furniture and Large Item Orders
Because shipping and handling charges are higher for furniture and large
items, a delivery surcharge may be added to the regular shipping charges.
If any large furniture pieces need to be shipped with a freight company
we will notify you by email prior to delivery andthe freight company
will contact you by phone to arrange a day and time for delivery.
Certain delivery areas may require an additional costs and may have
specific days for delivery. Please contact us for quotes for delivery
outside the continental US
Returns and Exchanges
Securely repack the item with the return form included and use the
return label provided with your packing slip. If you are returning
furniture or oversized items, live outside of the continental US, or
prefer to send the return on your own, send the package to Rochester
Folk Art Guild, Returns Department, 1445 Upper Hill Road, Middlesex, NY
14507. For your protection please use insured traceable delivery.
